I have never seen more toxic leaders in one place. It is disappointing as there is such great talent that really believes in the mission, but weekly more and more of those individuals are leaving. You have a culture where it is me first. Who cares what damage your plans do to the business as long as you are making your mark. HR doesn’t help, tons of people have reported the behavior, yet nothing happens but the victims being punished. Constant senior management bragging about the success of the business yet majority of sales are barely hitting 50% of quota. And the sales teams are punished because of mistakes by the leadership team. If you speak your mind you are treated as a traitor.

DCG is not even a business. A business does not lose that much money for years without being shut down. DCG is something like an incurably corrupt government agency and it should be no surprise it is still full of the sleaziest and most conniving, backstabbing, wrongheaded flubbernuggets, ghastly goobers, churls, snakes, snails, and puppy dog tails.
DCG is a mere 8% of the company revenue, It does not cut the profitability of the company in half.

Correction: Lenovo is the most toxic place. And there are no "leaders" at Lenovo - just corporate simps looking to take full advantage over the hardworking people who are the lifeblood of the company.
