I have never been so embarrassed to be part of an organization as poor as this. The org chart to be shared on Tuesday is an embarrassment, no other O&G operator would allow such nonsense. Great knowledgeable talent will be cut for the sake of keeping the same tired old guard together plus some other 40 something “hipos”. HOPS is an embarrassment completely out of her depth, most of her direct reports if not all aren’t capable of delivering their new roles. Unfortunately it will take something like Trion going wrong which it will before anyone in petroleum actually realizes how bad PS is being ran.

I am fortunate enough to have the time and age to retire with the package. It’s definitely time to leave. Last day is July 1.
Heard that Pore Pressure, Survey, and Geohazards were all cut.
Talk about short-sighted!
Who is this HOPS?
Mindset mindset mindset what utter drivel, my ba–s know how to manage projects better than these fools.
That id–t HOPS lording it like she thinks everyone cares, newsflash Morticia NO ONE CARES YOU ARE OUT IF YOUR DEPTH, you know it and so does everyone else.
It’s started, she has no idea what she is doing ...!!!
I met your VP Project Services at an AACE gathering. She happily boasted she knew very little of project controls... good luck BHP
BHP has lost its way. The commitment to diversity is admirable but that means diddly to shareholders who want value. I can’t retire because BHP has 50/50 male and females, I retire with BHP stock based on performance and value.
Let’s be honest BHP is small potatoes in the O&G world, average OBO org at best. Mining thiugh, different gravy.
