I was laid of in 2017 but I was happy to leave at the time. The work atmosphere has been getting progressively worse and morale was tanking. Layoffs were becoming a norm. I was talking to a former coworker recently and he seemed satisfied with work, for a change. Does that mean things have changed for the better after all? I'll be really glad if that's true because the one thing that always remain good about Avaya were the people I used to work with and they deserve a better workplace.

Promotion and salary increment based on loyalty, relationship with manager ,how efficiently you fit in bureaucracy, instead hardwork of employee throughout the year
Such a shame to whores in HR and compliance licking local leadership ba--s
Where are those manager maker and 360 feedback processes or every as----e has to contribute in decline of this company.
Investors and board members must personally attend to this high time of bureaucracy and extremely slow transformation Sales, oldies and partners sre are the culprits.
Lol I think retirement is on to something. Starting to see what they mean on Cisco people.
You probably should retire now, not 3 years from now. I would have laid you off years ago with that attitude... Is Cisco paying you to poison the well?
Changed???? No way it’s still a schizophrenia environment. Are we cloud, are we premise, what contact center, spaces spaces spaces. Oh look shiny old toy and the new Cisco people suck. They can’t spell ‘aas’ if it was written for them. They messed up Cisco and we got the bottom of the barrel in product and sales. It’s red, blue, purple with a fucking bay bridge now. Clueless and Jim beats them up at every moment. The VPs still pull horrid money and do nothing. Good people come and go. I don’t know why I stay other than it’s above above me and I’m waiting for ring to just buy us. It will be like a bullet to the head but we need it.
