What are some examples of racism at GM at the hands of Mary Barra or through racist policies?

Mary is invited to the cookout to try to work things out.
@8iit+1a799NFE, I don't see anybody claiming to be asian. What are you talking about?
GM trolls claim to be Asian so they can be racist and trigger a reactions against Asians.
diversity, equity, and inclusion are all codified words of the marxist cultural revolution that don't mean what they should
This is straight up racial extortion for money on the back of George Floy and the emboldened BLM riots. In fact, sounds like Byron Allen is a racial quota huckster and is how he makes his money.
GM is woke as woke can get. Mary doesn't understand when you play woke games you win stupid woke prizes - like Byron trying to extort money. I can't believe I'm defending her, but she shouldn't cave into this nonsense.
GM needs to stop virtue signalling to the Asian community to sell cars. A fair number of the "crimes against asians" aren't hate but are garden variety assault. The k–ling spree in GA is misattributed as a hate crime. The reality it was a mentally ill person battling s-x addiction. GM needs to quit following the media narrative that any bad thing that happens to a minority group is "hate". In fact identity politics/wokism is a reprehensible ideology. If GM really wants to put their money where their mouth is, there needs to be more asians in the c-suite. After all, we do a lot of the heavy lifting in research and advanced engineering.
The way this question is worded could be a good example of how racism works at General Motors. Of course the policies aren't racist. Most GM employees haven't met Mary Barra.
It's not policies, it's the culture, it's the behaviors that limit people without breaking the rules.
GM can produce a Woke Edition Silverado.
In response to the ad, GM said it aspires to be the most inclusive company in the world. Are layoffs inclusive?
Answering the question, I never knew many black people at GM.
