been a while since I have seen DXC ANZ win any new (and I don't mean extension of existing contracts or work with existing clients). Makes we wonder how they continue to call themselves the #1 IT services company on Australia? Surely at some point the endless cost cutting, WFR's and offshoring will not be enough to hide the fact that new business is not happening and the over reliance of a few key accounts will not be enough (If ANZ loses the ATO account it's all over!)

5 years ago I was WFR'd from DXC thanks to old Mike who is now in retirement at Palm Beach. A former colleague predicted that DXC's Australian government accounts will fall like flies ... Geoscience Australia gave DXC the marching orders recently, DXC are about to be booted from a Defence client in the next 3 months and time will tell what happens at other Australian government accounts. I miss my hard–working colleagues that are stuck in DXC but soon they will reap the goldmine and renewed lives due to WFRs
Large accounts trying to leave and many asking for big discounts based on years of poor service. Sales people have recently been decimated but on what criteria is anyones guess. Higher targets with less sales people in FY22. There no investment and no capacity. Local MD is happy to run things into the ground while lying to staff about everything from layoff to Xmas presents in the post. So many disenfranchised ex-DXC ANZ now working for prospects and clients that it's hard to see how the business will do anything other than shrink. Good people leaving in droves.
ANZ DXC continues to delude itself on the #1 status based on size. As the Aussies say "its a dog". Run by incompetents who b–ch an moan when the big accounts they have milked for years say take a hike. Some of the services offered locally make it questionable if its an IT company. Legacy solutions on legacy platforms. If the customer is expecting investment or improvement in the service they are expected to pay. Local management are not fit to be around other people let alone attempt to manage them. Run on greed and fear.
if DXC ANZ loses ATO there will be a hurricane of WFR's that will be unlike anything seen before as many of the resources are onshore and will be seen as a massive cost burden
It's no longer a case of if DXC loses the ATO Account but when that occurs. IBM is making a big dent in the hosting space and it won't be too long before DXC gets the boot from Central Computing services with the ATO.
