I am generally interested in how many people trust our management? It’s funny when I think about how much I used to believe that they knew what they were doing and trusted their promises. I no longer have any reason to trust them, they have absolutely lost my trust. Now I usually think the truth is exactly the opposite of what they say.

I'd trust Meghan Markle before I'd trust DXC management
I trust my direct functional and People managers some, but don't believe I would get an honest answer about WFR.
Above that I don't trust anyone, all this talk of AMS pay increases, and yet we see the Board of Directors getting stock for zero dollars and we get ZERO increases.
Look at some of these:
The Engagement Survey Results , if these are true then people were to scared to post true thoughts.
I feel satisfied with the recognition or praise I receive for my work
- Decision MakingOverall, I am satisfied with how decisions are made at DXC
DXC continually improves the way work gets done.
My career goals can be met at DXC
DXC Asia Pac Management all from DXC ANZ. Not very honest people and not very good. Everything to be escalated. All smiling faces and nice words. We all have to be enjoying ourselves and all is good or lose job. Not nice people and cannot answer questions when asked. Top man is not genuine. All care about what have sold and what going to sell.
At least Asia-Japan, It's Nothing !
The reason was occurred by Mike 1 and their mafias.
I trust them in delivering the best possible value to shareholders. Nothing else. You know exactly what I mean by that.
I haven't trusted management since the mid 1980's
Most are type 1 managers, as theres so many of them with little to do they invent tasks which have no use but merely are useless overheads.
They still think they are in the Lawrie management so try and block everything. When the pay rise comes they will siphon off most of the money for themselves.
Shame theres not many type 2 or managers acting on what Mike s says is the new dxc.
Needs a big cull and training of middle manger layers exercise to fix this.
there are 2 types of managers in DXC.
Type 1 are the ones who have drunk the DXC Kool Aid and either believe the rhetoric that DXC is a world leading ''start up'' or are so invested in the org that they need to follow orders to keep their position and rollout the poor policies regardless of staff impact. If this type is your manager you are right not to trust them (usually this type have years of time served under their belt)
Type 2 are the ones who try to do the right thing for the staff and where possible deflect or soften the blow of bad DXC policies on staff and teams. This type of manager can be trusted but you will find that they will not be around for long (less than 5 years is usually as long as they can bear to be around).
Which is your type?
If the DXC leadership said water was wet, I wouldn't believe it.
