Try and keep the dream alive! The cable industry is dead! Keep letting management ( what ever you want to call them ) Blow smoke up your ass They will lie right to your face, people you thought had your back are the biggest liars going! Wait for the next layoff

The goals were unrealistic under ATS as well. It's no surprise the company sets it's employees up for failure and it's no secret they're doing this to try and get rid of everyone. You might have a contract stipulation that guarantees you a raise regardless of how well you did or did not do but there is no stipulation that guarantees you employment after not meeting your expectations. This is all fueled by one thing: cooperate greed. Altice has been well on its way to running its company like one of these other billionaire owned tycoons with longer hours, lower wages and decreased benefits. The equation is simple: reduced workforce equals lower labor costs which equals more revenue for the suits.

Half the stuff you have no control over!
I mean how is it your fault that half your route is in the red ( time frames ) before you even start the day. No call back from VDO since all your equipment failed to provision. Oh well guess that's an automatic repeat.
Unions are guaranteed raise but the contract I have still says you have to meet metrics for a promotion.
