Didn't TM just started not long ago....less than 6 months ago? She probably saw no future here and decided it's time to move on to bigger and better things. They have done musical chairs again for replacement. When will this company learn? It will be interesting to see the result of that employee survey. It's time to bring these so called Leaders Accountable for the sh!tsh0w they are creating.

TM’s replacement has been named, a long time ACI employee. I’m sure it’s a good promotion for him and I wish him luck, but his life will be he-l.
We tried that years ago under CH who bungled it so much the customers were threatening to leave...hence RPS and the shell game of allowing BASE24 Classic customers to remain on the old platform while they tell investors they’re all moving to EPS.
Another one of shoe lady’s failures.

So recently there is head of revenue growth and chief revenue officer departing. Something wrong at ACI
There is no revenue growth. End of story.
I left before TM started but if she reported to EA I can totally see why she quit. Probably set up to fail.
Management and HR are pushing the Employee survey, the only ones who will do it are trying to smooth out their own jobs, most will not do it as they will have disturbing news for management and do not want any blowback from there responses.
The responses can be tracked as each has an individual code, no matter what TD says. the results are going to be skewed..
