I see MTO's lining switches to make first OS, I see MOP's linking units to get trains out of town or save the engineer from making the trip to the rear DPU unit. I've also seen managers running paper work for the crews. Are these violations to our agreements?

We got a bunch of young new hired dummy UP cap wearing fools out here.

BLM are some of them. Ge-z!

This is hilarious. Crew callers throwing anyone on a job, managers just wanting the jobs filled, etc. hilarious….

MOPs and MTOs are working as Engrs and Conductors every where.

Your unions are weakened.

Craftsmen are too.

LOF65X Sunday May 2nd, 1800.

Where's the brakeman for a 3 man crew?

Just a Engr and young new hired black kid with a UP " Building America" cap.

MOP is a faily new Gemco Guy.

Well if the rumor of backlogged shipping containers holds true, then that problem is going to get much much worse.

A manager doing work? I don’t believe it.

Please give an example of this. Where, what train symbols, who is doing this, etc. just making a statement like this without any proof means nothing. Without details this is just another false, speculative posting.

I’m actually impressed. My MTO doesn’t know how to tell if a switch is lined for her movement and has routinely in the past stopped crews in the yard doing work to ask what track she’s in so she can do her manager tests.
