That's it. Keep raising the SPH threshold so that it's difficult to hit the numbers in Appliances. Not only that, we haven't any damn inventory to sell. Throw in the endless third party delivery complaints and damaged product. It's a real cluster f*ck. Good job corporate, you clueless mo--ns! I have been around a long time, and the best I can say is: YOU ARE ID--TS!

They don’t want you to hit your target because it means paying out a bonus. The only people who are entitled to a bonus are management and friends of Marvin. For the rest of us it’s a bone-us!
Marv;s running the s**t show, but he'll bail as soon as the profits go down for what ever reason. Just remember word of mouth among customers is a lot stronger than any n tab they run.
I honestly do not know how any sane person could work in a Lowe's store sales position in the current environment. At least when spiffs were available and after that the pay supplement, the money was pretty good. But now with all of that gone? Why would anyone punish themselves like that?
It's a joke. What are your SPH $$$ this month?
Wonder if Marv would put up with this if he had to replace his fridge>
The SPH and department budgets are not based on current reality, particularly in appliances. At any given time more than 50% of the appliances on our showroom floor are out of stock and it has been like that in my market since BEFORE THE PANDEMIC EVEN STARTED!!! The items our ADC does have is the cr-p that no one wants. Almost impossible to put together a 4 piece suite for anyone. If someone wants either a LG or Whirlpool refrigerator or range than forget it, or tell them maybe by late June or July. Combine that with not being permitted to sell into the negative (XDT market) and Order Replenishment once again being instructed not to put items on manual order unless they have positive on-hands. Every day it's like being asked to tread water for 8 hours with 250 lbs of lead weight attached to you. EXHAUSTING doesn't even come close describing the situation and you can look forward to tomorrow being the same if not worse. And don't even get me started about the never ending supply of 3rd party delivery complaints. My new attitude is look aggressively for the EXIT door and let the whole thing implode. It's just not worth the stress anymore.
