I feel like this whole process is discriminatory. What did you think of it?

Pretty obvious to me that the id--ts in the tower figured out their assessment caused them to let thier best people go in many instances and got stuck with the bottom feeders. Now with the loss of intellectual capital, everyone- good & bad have to go through he-l just to keep a job. The whole thing LY was a joke. After 90 years of nepotism and unfair hiring and paying practices they are finally deciding to equal the playing field? If Allstate was a fair decent company to begin with they would have been hiring and paying fairly for 90 years not 9 months. Need to get rid of the chasm of C-suite white men and the few trophy women that are at the top of the heap (there for show IMO) then hack away at the VPs who are stifled and afraid to stand up to those poor confused leaders to keep a paycheck.
@1dgx+1aJxvalM agreed, just a bunch of agree/ disagree questions about personality and work behavior... Nothing about that is discriminatory
Original poster didn't take it with their vague details. Guess they are just out fishing for the weekend
You Better learn how to shove your ba--s down that ho-e ahahaha
But....but....tHeSe aSsEsSmEnTs aRe fOr dEvElOpMeNt!!! And the FAQ sheet said you won't be let go!!!
At least that is what the Allstate sympathizing corporate asskissing diaper sniffers said in the other threads.
It’s a way to cover their hind end. They will lay off young, old, high salary, low salary, and call it based on this d-mb a-s thing. We are sheep. And they’re thinning the herd. That’s all.
