I left after 3 years of pure, chaotic he-l.
Accenture has become a body shop... plain and simple. And I am not referring in any way specifically to India - it’s a body shop all around, esp in the U.S. The “secret sauce” that Bill Green used to speak of and what once made Accenture so unique and awesome has been washed away. Things have drastically changed in the last 5-6 years. “The New” Accenture is most definitely one that is profits over people. The sheer incompetence of some being promoted to MD’s... it’s all a formula and connections to get to a certain level these days. A big game to play and the currency is bodies.
I know a lot of people want to leave, I'm just wondering if it's as prevalent as I think.
