I went to my local dying , dead , Deceitful Macy’s. And had a great cashier who spoke her mind. She said there was no manager working on a Sunday and there was zero help in the store. They got a new store manager who is trying to push the credit and sales thing but everyone in the store was too tired to even care. She then said a lot of the other local Macy’s are all run like this store. Nobody cares ( she was sitting down at register) nobody wants to work hard , nobody cares about credit , everyone working was miserable, there no one in the store or managers around. It’s like the Wild West.

@1eet+1aTDJTZI at my store, sales support has to help open and lock the store. 3 members of management have left since the beginning of the year. Our store is doing well overall but our store manager wants to overwhelm our managers even more, for her own benefit. It's clear she wants to move further up the corporate ladder that she could care less how hard she rides everyone, nothing makes her happy.
That is the Magic of Macys. Soon there will be no one to open or close the stores each day.
Yeah managers are dropping like flies at my store too theft has gotten so bad the last one left because they were threatened by someone stealing we constantly have people camping out or doing weird sh it in our bathrooms it almost feels like a safety risk working here at night especially on nights where you're the only one working an entire floor
Nope.. protect the entertainment
I can understand you don't want to say the exact store.. how about the state.
