Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Someone told me the coaches are loosing the ability to do schedules but the frontend coach will still have access is this true.

yes coaches do change the schedule. they just tell personal office about it. , it is called over ride!!

we don't have a team lead right now. so managers in each dept is doing it.

Reflexis? The managers can and will edit when they have so few employees scheduled the anniversary week of previous year! And currently, while Walmart is touting $15/hr to new hires, if you’re making more because of tenure, the new policy of no edits is to allow payroll reduction through attrition. Ride it out for a while if you can. A great percentage of new hires, especially part time employees will move on.

I’ve heard this many times before. They like to say this when they don’t want to change schedules but it’s always been where they could. I think it’s just bu-----t they say. They aren’t supposed to be changing schedules now. Since the latest awful scheduling roll out where you are forced to work outside your availability I was told whatever it drops it drops we aren’t touching the schedules yet they are still changing schedules.
