I used to work for his team last year and found him to be to an lunatic who has grown early and can not digest his success. I left salesforce because of him and happy, so putting this here so that salesforce leadership reads it and does something about this pain

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and hope you find great success. Unfortunately the Salesforce leadership would not care about these toxic behaviours.
The only way they may address something like this - is when the company profit drops and talented people leave.
Even in glassdoor there is a Claus in some contracts to stop former employees from writing bad reviews.
