MSD makes so much money with half the org working at home and saves so much cash. Good raises or bs single digit increases this year?

if you have to ask...you aren't getting one. midyears are done, so... potential layoff lists and those eligible for coin are effectively complete.

With expensive centers like "Sydney" still operational, you cannot expect raises. Hock needs the money to fund our centers, otherwise all of us will lose our jobs here and they will be shifted to low cost centers. Don't be stupid and give ideas to Hock that the business can be run from anywhere and does not need to be here in Sydney.
Just be happy that you have a job and your salary is being credited on time every month.

LOL - double digit raises? Have you forgotten your mgmt chain all saying "personnel is our largest expense?" Be thankful if you get 2% + 2% "make up" for last year's freeze. You'll be getting it on the heels of the 6/15 "triple sized" RSU payout, so it will be characterized as "gravy".
Don't forget any raise cascades to additional tax payments by the corp + increases the 401k match + increases the end-of-year bonus...they are not going to jump your salary...
