This is no longer the same company I started working for. I get paid well and I am personally satisfied as far as that is concerned, but good pay doesn’t necessarily equal a happy employee. I used to be really proud when I got a job here and when I was promoted for the first time. However, over time I started to stagnate and I no longer have much reason to be proud that I am still at Lenovo.

Very proud. Paid well. Bonus for delivering my targets.
Lenovo is a public listed company bound by International Accountancy rules.
The numbers published are audited and correct.
This is not an American bank.
It is not the best of resume fillers. The best thing for me was leaving the company. They can say what they want on their financial papers, but they have some seriously funny numbers. Because they are a China company, they can do a lot more than other companies.
Lenovo used to be a better place to work. However in my last job there, I was on the receiving end of some racist comments and some harassment by others in the same department. I thought ignorant comments were left behind in grade school. I checked with HR and they said those racist comments were not against company policy. Really? Some other coworkers agreed with me. I definitely did learn that when you're favored by the management, they let you get away with a lot and you're rewarded (promoted, not laidoff, etc...) for that.
