I'm looking to quit AT&T and I got an offer from Cox but I'm not sure if I want to accept it. I'm trying to find out if the work atmosphere is better and how often do layoffs happen (the lack of job security is the main reason why I'm leaving AT&T.) Glassdoor and similar sites are usually filled with praise and very few honest reviews so I'm hoping somebody here might give me an honest picture. Thanks in advance!

Come on over, we have several former at&t employees working here at Cox. You won't need to worry about a toxic work environment, low pay, benefits, and PTO. Cox offers really competitive pay with a healthy work environment.
