Moved on to a Fortune 50 company. Looking for meaningful work, increased responsibilities, and better company culture.
About 25% increase.
Promotion + merit: ~30%
Still plan to quit in Jan
- 75% Sr Principal
2% senior principal
I certainly did not receive a 12-13% increase, not even 3%. Is the 12-13% reserved for upper management?
