They hired a DMSM and he is running everyone into the ground. People are leaving the position. The expectations for completion of resets and not having the manpower (full staff) and being held accountable for not finishing. Constant stress and micro managing atmosphere. No wonder these people are leaving. Nobody in upper management seems to care. Things need to change. I hope its not like this in other areas.
