Long-time customer leaving after policy changes

I was able to talk with the executive tarmac about my concerns, but putting daily limits on total spend on my checking account is just plain bad business.

Also, your call center needs training on how to handle customer issues. Simply reading off the same paper I received and not explaining it to me, is also very bad business.

Best of luck, but I must vote with my wallet and pull my multiple accounts as soon as possible.

I’d like to know what you mean by “daily limits.” Please elaborate. If you mean limits on debit card purchases, that’s every bank and they’re usually pretty high.
