So all of a sudden in a morning meeting, the MRO wants to know, have any of you heard of the layoff.com site and is anyone commenting there? Nobody says a word. Then, someone says, why do you ask? Oh, no reason. Hmmm..right.

Last years survey you had to be logged into corporate page to take it, but it was anonymous ha. I forgot to take it this year oops. Last year after the survey our SRO drove out ans met us on jobs to ask what he could do better and he 100% knew our answers to the questions. The stupidity of this company had him asking us what he coild do better mean while he was 90%+ on how he was performing. We all told him to have upper management come ask us how They could change.
The survey is about evaluating employees as much or more than it is about the company. It's not anonymous even if names are removed from the released results. If someone in the company wants to find out who said what, it's not that hard particularly if the person is high enough up or the comments give enough details for guessing.
Our SRO tells us to check this site the info is usually spot on.
"Be sure to take the employee engagement survey, it’s quick and it asks question like, do you like working here, would you recommend this as a place to work...stick it to them, then their is an comment section, tell them how you feel. It’s anonymous."
It is suppose to be, but when the survey is separated by Supervisors crews it breaks it down to that amount. I am almost positive they have it tied to their assessments also, that and then those above them.

This companies greed and lack of empathy is beyond imagination! All the top executives and the CEO need to be fired! They need to get someone with competence in that position! They have used this pandemic as a tool to get rid of bodies and costs while paying themselves handsomely! Typical telecommunications ways! Buy a bunch of companies, take what they can use and then fire everyone who built it! The street and investors are on to them! Sell that stock and make em suffer in the wallet!
Because it’s getting noticed by Executives and Directors! The truth really hurts them as the company sucks. How’s that stock doing Lemon? Haaa! Duck them l!
