So Ricoh is in a new fiscal year, what lies ahead? I am looking for the good and bad. Seems like mostly negative stuff on here so maybe someone can enlighten us without fluffing it up.

you can’t be a pi-p and a pr-------e too..
Ricoh has been trying to differentiate itself from the rest of the pack by all the adjacency service it has attempted to maintain. Amazon was a bust as well as several others. Dealers have been pressuring Ricoh for years to stop the competition if it intends to have a dealer base. Ricoh’s ultimate goal is to retain the Production unit…….carve off the rest to dealers and be the solution support that dealers can call on so they can focus on selling boxes. That’s where Ricoh is headed…..the good part is they are slow to move…..but when they do it is quick.
Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
Fluffless feedback? On ricoh? How avant-garde... unfortunately Fluff is the hub of the ricoh wheel now.
Just measure in Yottabytes, ricoh PR spew surplus to any profitable company. Divide this number by milligram weight of Jimmy Kimmel’s JD Power award and you’ll have a benchmark threshold to what’s going on.
I am no longer there (took VSIP). When I was there the talk was about Ricoh selling the accounts and techs to dealers. I know they have been doing that in some places. I think that Ricoh will be accelerating that and concentrating on merges and more niche markets for any profitability. Will Ricoh be successful at this? Who knows? They have tried other ventures that didn't work out so well.
