The negative survey responses do nothing. They use them against your supervisor and do not think they reflect on the company. It has been that way for years.

"I took it and did NOT hold back. Told them exactly what I thought. MUCH BRIGHTER DAYS AHEAD SOON!!! "

Who did you tell, if they were not a Executive Officer it will never get anywhere but buried since negative information concerning their management never gets passed along.

That place doesn’t know the first thing about success! Now, chaos? They know plenty about that!

There is no interest in employee feedback. The survey itself is based on the management fad that "engaged" employees make successful companies. The questions are designed to make evaluations about employees, individual workgroups, and departments. Like all polls, the questions are designed to funnel responses in a certain manner. Besides, it's clear that any feedback is at best reduced to what little managers and execs need to do to "address" concerns, in an insincere and phony manner. As soon as they do their part (like some 3 minute video), it backs to BAU.

If you want to give honest unfiltered feedback, sit on your hands and don't complete the survey. That gets more attention than any drivel you can write in the box.

A VP once told management that the results were historically low so they realized they needed to higher more managers, how out of touch is that? What they need is to clear out almost all managers, replace them with people that value employees and listen to and address the issues they hear rather than thinking of they known it all and are managers because they are smarter. They can't micromanage any more than they already do.

Please do the survey, obviously it’s not anonymous. So be professional, speak your mind, answer the questions honestly and give opinions on how you think Lumen can be better. Nothing changes if nothing changes. Speak up.

Your responses are not anonymous, they’re ‘confidential.’

Still speak your mind though. Cause f#ck’em.

Anyone who thinks that survey is anonymous is crazy. I was instructed several time to find out more from SPECIFIC employees about answers. I never did it.
