Verify leaders objectives specifically top to smgr levels and identify reasons to fail to convert a 30B capable co to only a 2B co in 22 yrs time frame.
Start strategic firing of corrupt leaders so that bottom line follow the right strategy. Avaya is not their father's legacy ,which as-----s are trying to protect and making own assets.

What Hr whores and compliance Gigolos are doing.Licking oldies ba--s.Board members and actual investors should look into this and faith of this great co,shouldn't be another Nortel,end up giving oldies an excellent payoff before bankruptcy
Time for Jim to take his shouting, rage filled , old boy network meetings and go. He is not a growth leader and the reason many are leaving or have left at all levels.
Oldies childs are born handicapped and not able to achieve anything in life,because they have spoiled many subordinates careers.Shame.
Corruption is all time high. Oldies along with partners & are dominating this co. Its a set back towards transformation.
Highly effective employees are leaving the org, as soon as they realise the red-tapasim and no growth path. Loyalty is only promoted by empowered oldies not hard work
Old Directors & Senior mgrs are the one indulge in this,along with Sales and partners. Huge revenue loss and simply partner controlled org it has become. God bless if anyone is willing to save this great org or all selfish are screwing this co big time.
Shame to have leadership which doesn't have KPIs to deliver.
This company is driven by partners. Current workforce is hardly effective and contributing to the growth or transformation. No future ahead. Leaders,VPs, DIR,SMG, MGR have secured their retirement and built good assets over their tenure with this company.Every business unit indulged in corruption along leadership, including so called compliance,hr,etc. God bless this great company. I'll also retire in few years.
Anyone has to be blamed are our old leaders.What new VPs expected to deliver when old VPs ,Dir, Smgr all are corrupt. Everyone has crafted a process to escape
Only way new VPs is to deploy governance and legal to track old leaders deliverables and execution .
If not delivered show them the door and hire more people to end red-tape
