I don’t know about other locations but at mine, it has been quiet for some time in terms of layoffs. Almost too quiet. If experience has taught me anything it’s that layoffs come in waves. A period of no layoffs followed by a period of layoffs. I figure something has got to be “cooking”. Any rumors?

i believe those rumors about closing site can't be true as there is 80 hirings going right now. for sure it will be some cuts but rather nothing above that

St. Louis Tech Teams we’re notified today. Enough said.
It’s happening! Cuts everywhere
Gave notice today for entire collections and OMS staff in STL effective 1/31/2022.
No layoffs. It will be a new professional approach to performance reviews.
Bottom 10% of performers must go. Clear the underperformers out. They don't deserve to be paid out, do they? The model for this was attempted in Singapore about 1 year ago but that doesn't mean it will not be attempted again on a broader basis. New joiners generally included who have a market based salary package and stand out as a higher expense base but this will only be executed when they have completed the task they were hired for. This has been the model for some time.
What? Who told you that Gdynia is closing when we are still recruiting?
Polish site in Gydynia is supposed to close by the end of this year so other sites should be safe for now since they'll have to move the business somewhere (prolly Manila or Bangalore)
