Now that Cengage has been outproducing the industry, what is the next best course of action. Let's see... Start hiring your new employees from McGraw-Hill??? What a Foolish thigs to do... McGraw-Hill never wanted to complete the merger so it was dead in the water. But now Cengage is beginning to hire McGraw-Hill employees who are jumping ship at McGraw. Just announced that M. Lang has joined Cengage as a SVP of School of Business. WHY? Bad Hire in my opinion. B. Kibby took over McGraw-Hill and made thousands of mistakes like hiring M. Lang and now K. Cook at Cengage who is new in publishing gets duped and hires from the polluted McGraw-Hill waste land. Makes zero sense! Everyone get ready, the more McGraw-Hill hires that show up at Cengage the more layoffs of Cengage employees who have been a huge part in the Success at Cengage will be let go. Dust off your Resumes... More terribly McGraw-Hill Hires on the path to Cengage.

Kibby brought the best sales years at McG — and Lange was there before Kibb.
Also WHO CARES!
Let me guess who wrote this….hmm disgruntled people who underperformed and were cut? Publishing Fan losers? We all know who you are. Dorks. Get a life.
Yes, the print revenue has declined but Cengage Unlimited activations are up making the transition to Digital an unmitigated success! What is needed are cost saving measures to offset the loss of print while we ramp up Digital growth.
This will be deleted because of naming names but Cengage has had win after win and success after success. Cengage has created and defined the EdTech space while leaving the "competitors" behind.
Cengage Unlimited has saved students tens of millions of dollars and activations continue to skyrocket growth. Have you ever heard of a little company called Netflix? Cengage is like Netflix for textbooks.
Ummm. What success at Cengage? The business has gone backwards by roughly a billion dollars since the acquisition.
Are you new or something? Its been a revolving door between Pearson, Cengage and MGH since the beginning of time. Its a great way for people to run away from their failures.
