Thread regarding TransCanada Corp. layoffs

Short time stress for long term good?

I am upset but I hope for the best. How many people got a much better job after getting laid off?
The thought that comforts me is that if I hadn’t gotten laid off I probably wouldn’t have left this joke of a company for a long time because I was hesitant and couldn’t get myself to start all over. In addition, I will finally no longer have to tolerate toxic individuals, who have survived despite the bare minimum they give.

I love doing the bare minimum! Guess I'll have to ride a pair of different coat tails for awhile. Thanks for the hard work guys.

You are correct! I am enjoying my time off, it's just inconvenient but a blessing. The worst part is getting the paperwork correct! Even in leaving TC still haunts you with forms and paperwork. You east, west, north or south? I'm east. Now that you have time, thing about what you went through! TC wants to look good in the public eye, but we know the truth.
