PMO issues could lead to layoffs

We all know that some members of PMO like ans are know to act like little dictators and wanting power to harass and create issues with peers. This create a felling that people are thrown under the bus, short fuses become common and render the environment abusive if not frightening. It’s not healthy and people feel mistreated not supported and frankly treated like sh-t
Then people stop working or avoid dealing with issues which will lead to layoff. No PMO person alone should have ultimate power in any section be it hardware or software .
That said some PMO only know one thing… NPI and will use it to gain more power and enlarge their fiefdom … sad this is what Rémi has become

The rotund PMO lead in Melville has made a career out of bullying, backstabbing and reporting BS while laying the blame on everyone else for his unachievable schedules. His exit would be an immediate improvement to the team.
