I'm tired of it. I'm an adult who's been working at Cummins for seven years and I know exactly what I need to do and how to do it. I don't need a manager who follows my every move, breathing down my neck day in, day out to tell me to do the thing I was literally just about to start doing. The guy's been here for only six months and I'm already considering quitting.

It's totally true.
There are better places out here paying more and Cummins Inc is all of that. Don’t let the paycheck and benefits suck you into tolerating all that mistreatment. You can and will do better it’s making a decision to step out to see. You could even look for work until get a new offer and turn in a 2 week notice or just quit once get a new place of employment. Cummins Inc knows what they are doing and playing innocent ain’t going work anymore. The company is very irresponsible and likes making it seem as if the workers are the problem when in reality it’s them. I hope you get a better job and pay telling them goodbye soon
Stop considering it and do it. The situation will not get better, because Cummins embraces micromanagers with open arms.
