ADP owns buildings and also have leases so I'm sure they want to use them.

It cost money for a home shored associate... buy a chair, printer, screen and pay $30 for internet fees.

Pretty sure it's a business decision

What do you mean how do you feel about it. Are you HR or something?

For some teams and people, it is probably a good thing. It’s the one size fits all approach though that is silly. Many people have worked from home for 5, 10, 15 + years. Many people work on virtual teams were they don’t have teammates in the same office. Does it really make sense to add the time and expense of commuting, not to mention decreased work life balance, to someone who won’t even see a teammate when they do go into an office? Does it make sense to make this change to people who have been productive and successful working from home long term? I understand the thought behind creating a more collaborative work environment, I just find it a tad archaic for those who don’t believe it can be achieved through the use of technology, especially where it’s been done successfully for decades already. So the question was how do I feel? Grateful to be employed but arbitrarily punished by the opinions of a few people whose beliefs are outdated.
