Where are the layoffs

All this chatter about layoffs. It seems this year there have been far less than in recent years.

"no one left to layoff" ....LOL

Someone mentioned $20+ million cut in salary for FY 21 ......more layoffs coming in January (they come every quarter)

Out you go while the bad leaders continue to get their compensation and stock options.....GTFO!

ADP must be hurting for talent. I have had two headhunters email me in a week about implementation jobs there. (Cant imagine returning there now) I see current ADP job postings on Linkedin too. Guess they are desperate now after letting so many go!

The external "mercenaries" come and want to change the culture ...but they soon realize its not the people, culture or processes that are the culprits rather the products- that suck!

The tenured people who have built this company and really want to move the company forward are discarded like yesterdays trash

By the time these mercenaries realize that not much of the malaise is curable without significant investment in newer technology based products, their options vest and they depart

The tell tale sign is the continued churn....how many managers have you had in the last 3-5 years?

Its difficult to get promoted when you have a new manager every 1-2 years.

Keep in mind that September remains the most active exit month for the Executive team as 9/1 is the annual issuance of stock grants and options. Once they are issued, that is typically when "retirements" are announced which are actually planned layoffs.

Last three years actually. Yes, some, but very minimal.
