Multi-physics has been sold and other businesses are apparently up for sale - any suggestions for what’s on the chopping block?

Zurquiyah has recently joined the Thales Board - I'll leave you to work out the rest!
Smart Data Solutions will be sold to Iron Mountain.
Most of the senior managment at PGS - until recently - were/are ex-CGG. Look how well that went:
"Hey, let's buy 4 mega-Ramforms for a billion dollars - what could possibly go wrong?"
But - synergies. PGS would re-acquire a UK processing centre, and CGG would regain vessels so that they don't keep having to throw cash at Shearwater for acquisition.
They could merge two giant debt loads into a huge one.
merger with PGS?
I think the Geo-software business is up for sale.
What is there left to sell? There’s the equipment business but that’s a major revenue contributor, selling that would signal the end of CGG as a company of note. They could sell-off the Robertson group but they are a minor consideration. The multi-client library? If that gets sold it’s a signal CGG as a serious company is over.
