Thread regarding Fannie Mae layoffs

New SF Operations head, a leaner Ops? Any reorg or layoffs at OSS?

Fannie hired a new SF Operations head from outside. Is it going to be a leaner and meaner Ops in 2021-22? What percentage of cuts expected? With so many bonehead VP/Managers/Squad Leads simply collecting big fat paychecks for doing nothing, any reorgs or layoffs expected at OSS?

How is it that everyone assumes that somebody else is a 'fat paycheck collecting' dead weight that needs to get fired, but when they get fired, they think the company is d-mb for doing so?
