Pearson didn't have to do anything, and it probably would have been better if they didn't.
With the new WFH policy NA workers can get a subsidized chair for their home office. Of course, this is all through some corporate partnership. Employees have ONE option (your mileage may vary on whether it's a good option or not): it's an $800 chair and with the discount it's still $300. But wait- when you order it, you have to pay the full price, expense it, and wait for the reimbursed difference to be sent to you.
