Many of the oil & gas majors have now switched permanently to a "hybrid" remote work model...Work from home on Mondays & Fridays with option to work remotely on Tuesdays-Thursdays, while still maintaining 9/80 schedules. Seems like Williams now phasing out 9/80 days and allowing 1 remote work day per week is a way to reduce headcount without causing layoffs. It's definitely a turnoff for new talent as most/all other operators have a more favorable work schedule.

need layoff at 165 to many employees only need one that's not work to keep him busy they mainline turbine doing a good job 160 170 167 take care of the righway
Don’t worry they will always cut innocent heads and rehire with fresh blood, just watch the stock price when it drops the ax will come out. Nothing will change.
