Thread regarding Sungard Availability Services layoffs

So what is a company without a headquarters?

Found out SGaS got of their lease at Wayne in April
I mean the 30 some left would not have mattered, the "C" level are not there anyway.
I contacted the receptionist and others they had show up every day while even closed.
They were not really blind slided.

This is what every company is doing as a result of COVID. People have realized that employees can be effective & productive at home and so are substantially downsizing/eliminating their real estate footprints as a result.

All they really need is a post office box. The C-level have put new meaning in their being virtual, like virtually useless.

Yep, receptionist let go. All other employees virtual until a smaller off is located.
