They just told us we're expected to be in the office 4 days a week, yet keep calling it a hybrid model. Interesting

The talent outflow at adidas is so high because of exactly this. The best talent have options nowadays, and having them 4 days a week at a campus will have them leaving. Wake up ! Implement 50/50 home office policies and performance manage people out when they do not deliver.
adidas also doesn't pay market rate for technical work, and they are heavy into pat equity. similar jobs at other companies pay at least 40-50% more.
they have a site that you can sign up to volunteer to go work in the office and it's at 25% site capacity and only 120-150 slots (out of 500) are used on any given day. nobody wants this.
Time for people to start looking for a new job. Nowadays any professional is looking for flexibility and home office centric jobs. They keep promoting and pushing this "yeah baby, finally back to campus" nonsense via their influencers squad, when they fail to see that people will start leaving and new talents will simply not be interested in the company.
