At least Halliburton had experience employees that could replace BKR workforce.

BUT, would things be ANY better had Halliburton purchased BHI, as Halliburton would have set about destroying YOUR company, including its long-term, experienced employees, BEFORE the ink was dry on the purchase documents.

The only constant is change and all the good ones are going or gone from both sides. However, the good news is that the asset ki$$er$ & B$ artists continue to survive and thrive!

Both are incompetent, selfish, liars.
Boss lied about having wife and kids.
What won’t he lie about.
We didn’t blast him, but it’s been a running joke for 5 years.

I see two camps going at each other in a weird tribal style battle. Legacy BHI hates legacy GE and vice versa. Both Blame the other and believe dogmatically their legacy company was better off before the merger and the other is nothing but id--ts and malicious people. Both companies were flawed, by cultures had their goods and bads. Neither would be anywhere near where we are now without the other side.

Your eyes are closed if you can’t see what’s going on.
They’re selling off a lot of legacy GE, while at the same time GE managers are teaming up to stay on with Baker.
Grab the fly swatter are you’ll get maggots on your meal ticket.
