Started with the racists at FMC. The spineless French came in along with worthless outside hires (Netherland was a lucky grumpy token, Kinnear was a fool in the right market who Netherland personally picked to make sure he looked better than Kinnear; Gremp was a GQ and new era image hire; then they saw no real succession talent and made the mistake of hiring a reject from Schlumberger. I’ve met and been in meetings with Douggie - he is the most arrogant and incompetent POS I’ve ever met. Tore Halvorsen should’ve succeeded Gremp. .

Any time French get involved in any thing it's ruined.

It all started with the facilities department hiring all their friends and working" from New Jersey", team building" and working from home

No, it’s been Aggie biased at the Houston location way back into the pre-merger FMC days. It started feeling toxic when we merged with Technip, and accelerated when oil took a plunge 2+ times since the merger.

I’d say the ball started rolling the wrong way when Gremp retired, he was really holding the morals and positive atmosphere together before the looking for a quick buck executives took over.

That's what happens when you pretty much solely recruit from A&M, and all they know is how to cut each others throat.

I know for a fact it wasn't always like this.
