I feel like the company is tearing apart at the seams. Our ELT seems to be failing us. We seem to be more disorganized than ever with a lack of vision and what appears to be mismanagement at the very core of it all. I see good people leaving left and right. Even if we had the people to steer us back on course is it too late?
You're just figuring this out now? The old ADP and now CDK motto -- "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss"
While BK has done a decent job trying to turn the ship around from the BM days, I think even he has lost the willingness to fight with the board of directors to make the hard changes required.
