Has anyone had to deal with stress/anxiety due to work related issues? Short of seeing a doctor and getting prescribed medication how have you dealt with it? I’ve tried yoga, meditation, nature walks, therapy and other methods but it’s not helping.

Prescribed medication helps.
Literally saw a therapist a few blocks from the Pearson office weekly to deal with work and manager stress. It helped to a point but really I had to just leave the job.
Working from home? Have a co-----l every time someone at pearson does something stupid.
Get a new job. Pearson $ucks.
