You are all completely uninformed. None of the decisions they are making violates HIPAA. Please research that before you continue to make yourself look like an id--t. And CRT isn’t taught in the UB there at all so don’t comment unless you’ve gone through it (our group went through it and it’s actually really watered down and PC).

Your 100% correct brother. They are 3 steps ahead. That's why I quit a month ago. I told HR that they were in violation of the HIPAA Act when they wanted a vaccine cards and this was nothing more then indoctrination.
