Thread regarding Sysco Corp. layoffs

The biggest reason people are reluctant to return to the office?

I’m really not ready to go back to the office. There are many private reasons, but the main reason I would work from home forever is the toxic atmosphere in the office. It is only now after the WFH period that I see the difference and it became clear to me how toxic it is. While at home I actually worked more, but I was mentally resting from some other things.

Anyone else notice on the Dish - Under HR - Diversity, EQUITY section.

There's some great resources there like : White Fragility, "Why I'm no longer talking to White people about Race"... list goes on... WOKE BS- Of course if you say something you are deemed "Racist"

Unfortunately COVID proved you can work anytime, anywhere, and be at their disposal 24 hours a day to include weekends. As much as they say that they care means they care only about the stock price period, not the employee. It’s a shame that this once great company has now turned into a “woke” company caving to liberal agendas. A sad situation which will be their downfall.

Network and find employment somewhere else or return to the toxic environment. Leaving was a blessing in disguise for me. My entire dept was nosey and wanted to know everyone’s business. One of the managers, was and from what I am being told still is a kiss up to the departmental VP as well as being someone with loose lips and also someone that lacks professionalism.
This is the type of drama most of the department VP’s like at corporate. I wish you all the best with your decision. There are some great companies that offer the flexibility of working remote permanently.
