Focus on sustaining not shiny objects or innovation! Octane won't need so many employees once they stop all the new feature work!

Moreover, more than 90% of the bookings correspond to recurring subscription and maintenance.

Bigger percent last year because CA was undercharging and prices had to be increased. 4-5% is the new normal but now customers paying what they should be paying and ROI very high
