Look at the promotional rates and opportunities
Look at the bankruptcy and how the bonuses were structured
Look at the leadership
Look at how bl---s are treated by the company
Look at how Hispanics are treated at the company

We will surely lose a great advocate for the people if Geoffroy fails to promote Tasha. Tasha leads as a “real person,” and the fact that he sat on the panel and pretended to value bl---s and diversity while looking elsewhere for a legal leader while Tasha has been holding down the fort without issue, is sickening. There are only two black executives at this company and one of the two has yet to be promoted. Actions speak louder than words my dear. Simply dating a black man doesn’t make you an ally.

It's hard to say women belong here. They've all been pushed out or left. GVR has hired a lot of men. And still hasn't promoted the interim General Counsel. Odds are he will hire a woman who is diverse and say all is good. And ignores Tasha. Sad.
