Management is the worst at my location and their attitude and treatment of employees has caused such a high turnover rate. We lose at least one a month (normally new hires) because of poor work conditions and the cr---y way they are treated. Are other stores seeing high turnovers due to management?

It's 85 degrees inside the store and AC is broken again for yet another summer in Bass Pro shop, they won't fix it. It's a health Hazzard with extremely humid conditions of zero air flow, it's nauseous with ppl getting sick as the heat lingers on and nothing is done.
Very high here.
They refuse to fix the A/C and it is hot in here.
That, And the attitude of MORE MORE MORE is driving away people with 10yrs tenure.
Yes, absolutely. Since December, over 35+ people have left my store... some new hires and some that had been there since the beginning. Poor management is leading to them hiring literally anyone, especially for cashiering and they get stuck with no one because they just don’t show up. The leads have to pick up that slack or well, they’re supposed to. It’s like a revolving door at my location.
