Having endured a lot here, it would be very stupid to leave an ugly impression in the end. I plan to give notice by the end of this week, so I'm wondering how others did it?
Did you explain the reason for your departure? I've heard some stories about people who didn't give notice at all but just didn't show up for work. It sounds like a fabrication to me, an urban myth.
Come into work.. tell everyone off and then go to lunch and never go back
I had a straw that broke the camels back conversation. Wasn’t planning on walking but with that final comment sp-t at me, I spun around and placed work phone and badge on the desk spun around again and walked out. Had a $2000 bag on hold- customer came in an hour later, of course didn’t get the sale. Plus an appointment with my best client set for the next day. Found new job in 3 days.
