I understand the company is pivoting online, but getting rid of people before that is a reality and while we are highly understaffed at stores is really not a good idea. Refusing to backfill positions when those of us who are still working are breaking our backs to make it work is not helping morale nor our desire to stick around. Do they want to have stores with no employees?
