As bad as it’s been at POLS for the past few years, it’s 10x worse now. Everyone I know is looking or leaving, except at the senior levels where they keep hiring more people that don’t know this business.
Meetings upon meetings upon meetings. Priorities that change weekly. Demands for work that anywhere else would take weeks to be done in a day.
If Kees or Tom wanted to really change this place for the betterment of growth, they’d take a long hard look at the lack of talent, achievement and success at everyone who has a VP in their title. That exercise wouldn’t take days, weeks or months. It would take a few hours.
This place is death by a thousand cuts.
